Conditions of delivery
The tasks related to the fulfillment of the orders are performed by the fulfillment * service partner Szuper Figaró Kft, authorized by Imperity Professional Milano Kft.
*= The fulfillment service provider is a logistics company that takes over the entire logistics processes from the web store owners, thus outsourcing the warehousing, packaging, delivery, possible return and complaint handling of the products. The invoice for the ordered products is also issued by the fulfillment service provider.
The personal data provided by the User at the time of ordering is forwarded by Imperity Professional Milano Kft. to Szuper Figaró Kft. for the purpose of fulfillment, invoicing and delivery of the order, the User expressly agrees to this at the same time as concluding the contract.
Delivery options for ordered products:
Szuper Figaro Kft. is able to fulfill the orders in its specialty store I./ with delivery or II./ with personal collection - during the opening hours of the specialty store.
I./ In case of delivery, fulfillment is possible by the User’s choice to
a/ a FoxPost domestic parcel automat point
b/ an address indicated by the User.
Szuper Figaró Kft. provides deliveries by using a courier service.
The products ordered from the Web Store may be picked up by you or a person specifically designated during the order at the place indicated by you. Please indicate a location where you or the designated person will be available at the time indicated in the order confirmation.
DELIVERY FEES:
The price of the products does not include the delivery fee, which is as follows:
Delivery fee for delivery to a FoxPost parcel automat (depending on the value of the order):
- for order values between 1,-Ft – 12.999,-Ft: 1.140,-Ft,
- for orders over 13.000,-Ft: 0,-Ft, that is free
- Payment on delivery fee, regardless of the order value: 300,-Ft
- Please note that if you choose a payment on delivery method, it is only possible to pay the value of the package at the parcel automat by bank card payment, the machine does not accept cash! In this case, we definitely recommend prepayment through the OTP Simple Pay system, which does not cause any additional cost for the customer.
Delivery fee for home delivery:
- for order values between 1,-Ft - 14.999,-Ft: 2.390,-Ft
- for order values between 15.000,-Ft – 27.999,-Ft: 1.990,-Ft
- for orders over 28.000,-Ft: 0,-Ft, that is free.
- Cash on delivery to the courier, in cash, regardless of the order value: 300,-Ft
In case of personal collection:
delivery fee: free of charge, regardless of the purchase value, in the "Figarók Boltja" Hairdressing Supplies store, (35. Szent Imre herceg str. Budapest 1203), the ordered products can be picked up during the opening hours of the specialty store.

Terms of payment
The User can pay the purchase price and the delivery fee as follows:
I./ For home delivery to a domestic address:
a/ At the time of ordering, by credit card, online (OTP SimplePay).
There is no additional charge for this payment method.
b/ By advance transfer to the bank account of Szuper Figaro Kft.:
Raiffeisen Bank: 12012008-01646385-001000004.
There is no additional charge for this payment method.
c/ Cash on delivery in the form of a cash payment made to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
The fee is 300 HUF/order.
II./ In case of personal collection, at Figarók Boltja hairdresser's specialty store, (35. Szent Imre herceg str. Budapest 1203)
a/ by cash or credit card payment, without additional charge.
III./ In case of delivery outside the borders of Hungary:
a/ At the time of ordering, by credit card, online (OTP SimplePay). Szuper Figaro Kft. starts the fulfillment of the order and the delivery when the purchase price and the delivery fee have arrived in its bank account.
The prices in the confirmation are final and include VAT and other costs. Price changes after the order is closed do not affect the order.
Upon receipt, the User is obliged to inspect the received packaging. If the User notices damage to the packaging, he/she must request a record and refuse to accept the package.
ISSUE OF INVOICE:
Szuper Figaró Kft. issues an electronic invoice in PDF format for the order, which is sent to the User as an attachment to an e-mail address provided by the User. If the User requests a separate invoice for certain products, he/she must order them separately. The User may not request otherwise the handover of the invoice.
If additional data is required to fulfill the order, or some of the User's - especially delivery data - changes after the order, the User is obliged to communicate the data to Szuper Figaró Kft. immediately.
If the User does not communicate this information, he is solely responsible for the failure of the delivery.
